NetQCheck is an fully functional connection quality testing OEM API that is specifically designed to be portable. This provides NetQCheck with the scope to support a wide range of platforms that use TCP/IP connectivity whether wireless or wired. The iNetQCheck solution demonstrates the level of functionality supported in the API. In essence the iNetQCheck solution is an example of a custom application written to use the NetQCheck quality testing API.

Extending comprehensive network quality testing to external appliances, such as phone handsets, mobile devices, PCs/Servers, custom applications, set-top boxes, routers and  firewalls, delivers a comprehensive framework for service providers and support groups to deliver and maintain a high level of network availability and customer service.  In essence any NetQCheck enabled device or application is able to automatically validate the quality of its own connection as and when required including on a fully automated basis.  This broad support model provides prequalification testing, fault testing and even random pre-emptive testing under central management to deliver a quick resolution to problematic connections without the painful process of involving the customer.
